研究方法 Methodology
在《解說雪櫃》中,我們透過主辦者各自的網絡邀請了不同背景的二十五個家庭參與。研究從「客觀」的盤點式紀錄開始,然後用以下的方式把食物作不同程度的分類,過程中會根據眼前所見向雪櫃主人提出問題,希望對每個家庭的生活和飲食習慣更加了解。
In You Are What You Freeze, twenty-five households of different backgrounds are identified through the organizers’ network. The study starts with the most “objective” inventory taking. Stuffs in the refrigerator are laid out and photo-shot systematically and exhaustively. Then categorized the food by different levels as shown below. Questions are asked based on what is seen.
